Kimberly Scott

Biography

Kimberly Scott is an American actress who moved into screen work from a stage background, earning an MFA from the Yale School of Drama in 1987 after studying at Texas A&M University-Kingsville and later at the University of Texas. In 1988 she earned nominations for both a Tony Award and a Drama Desk Award for her featured performance in August Wilson's Joe Turner's Come and Gone. She became a frequent presence in Joel Schumacher's films, among them Flatliners (1990), Falling Down (1993) and The Client (1994), and she appeared in The Abyss (1989), The Waterdance (1992), Batman Forever (1995), K-PAX (2001), Guess Who (2005) and Love & Other Drugs (2010). She is the only actress to play different characters in Batman films. Her television work includes ER, The Practice, NYPD Blue and Will & Grace, and she has performed at the Oregon Shakespeare Festival.
