Biography

David Richmond-Peck is a Canadian film and stage actor and a multiple award winner whose work has moved between the big and small screen across more than a hundred film and television credits. Raised in Oakville, Ontario, he became known for altering his appearance for the camera, playing a polygraph operator in The Day The Earth Stood Still opposite Keanu Reeves and Olivier Duval, the man with a tail, in the cult BBC hit Orphan Black. He has also appeared opposite Chris Cooper and Viola Davis, and that steady stream of roles earned him a reputation as one of Canada's busiest performers. Described as one of the country's most visible actors, he was rumored to be nicknamed Canada's Philip Seymour Hoffman for the way he shifts shape from part to part.
