Alexandra Paul
Biography
Alexandra Paul is an American actress who started out as a model in New York City before landing her first major film role in John Carpenter's Christine (1983). She followed that with parts in Just the Way You Are (1984), American Flyers (1985), 8 Million Ways to Die (1986), and Dragnet (1987). Her best-known television role came as Stephanie Holden on Baywatch, which she played for five seasons from 1992 to 1997. Paul also appeared in the films Death Train (1993) and Tethered (2022), guest-starred on Mad Men in 2008, and since 1999 has starred in 15 films for Lifetime. She co-wrote and co-produced the documentaries Jampacked and The Cost of Cool, and in 2015 won an Indie Series award for her supporting role in the webseries Mentor. From 2019 to 2025 she co-hosted the podcast Switch4Good.
