Plot summary

Seattle SWAT joins a DEA raid on a cartel's waterfront warehouse on the Fourth of July, and the firefight leaves several agents and one officer dead. In a shipping container the team finds a man in chains. He is taken back to SWAT headquarters, where he is called Scorpion and offers what he knows in exchange for protection, warning that armed men will come for him. Two men posing as FBI agents try to collect him, and Travis Hall fights them off. A mercenary force led by Lars Cohaagen, which has been watching the compound, then severs its communications, security and power and demands the prisoner.
