Plot summary
The survivors of an epidemic that killed most of the population have rebuilt the autonomous drones that fill the sky. Those machines were first launched to deliver vaccines and now fly with no instructions. Kitch is sixteen. He comes across a drone called DR1 and learns where his missing father might be. Maya belongs to a local crime syndicate, and she joins Kitch and DR1 as they set out to look for his father.
