Plot summary
Five drunken brothers, the sons of local bar owner Tiny Doyle, terrorize their small town in a pickup truck. Big Joe Rosso hauls liquor to that bar with his son Joey, and neither the deliveries nor Tiny's standing keeps Vic Doyle from driving drunk and running Big Joe's wife Kathy and the couple's daughters Allison and Kristin off the road. A judge fines Vic three hundred dollars and lets him go; Lieutenant Sly Sullivan, near retirement, can do little against Tiny's influence. Big Joe goes after Vic, and Tiny and his sons kill him. The Doyles also attack Joey's girlfriend Misty. Out of junked cars and truck parts Joey assembles a machine of his own: seven-foot tires, a flamethrower, and a retractable drill and metal cutter.
