Plot summary
Keegan's grandfather runs the lighthouse in an Irish seaside village, and the boy spends his days there listening to the old man's tales of the Huntsman, who is after the light, and of the Megaloceros Giganteus, the giant deer who protect it. The two share a love of Riverdance, a dance that celebrates life. When his grandfather passes away, Keegan is despondent, and Margot, who owns the village music store, asks him to handle the music at the St. Patrick's Day party. Outside the village he meets his friend Moya, a Spanish girl, who brings him down the river, where she dances on the water. Moya introduces him to Penny and Benny, two of the giant deer, who lead them to the herd.
