Plot summary
A videotape is said to kill the person who watches it seven days later. Julia's boyfriend Holt goes off to college and stops replying to her, and Skye, who is worried about Holt as well, contacts Julia. Looking for him, Julia meets Gabriel Brown, a professor who bought an old VCR and found the tape inside, and finds the Sevens, a group that records its members watching the video and passes the footage to another person, a tail. Julia watches the tape.
