Plot summary
As the 1990s run out, society is breaking down into ecological ruin and totalitarian rule. Saiga Riki-Oh, a young man whose strength is that of fifty men and who carries a six-pointed star on his fist, arrives at the privately owned Tokyo State Prison to serve three years for assault, his first offense. Four powerful inmates known as the Four Emperors control the prison and keep the other prisoners in line, and an assistant warden runs the place. Riki-Oh openly antagonizes the Four Emperors, placing himself directly in conflict with the men who dominate the prison from the inside.
