Plot summary
Estranged brothers Nick and Tristan learn that their grandfather's property in the Australian Outback has passed into their hands. A land developer offers a large sum for it, and Tristan wants to sell. Nick is uneasy because Mr. Garvey, a friend of their grandfather, gave him a warning. Tristan's friends then arrive for a party at the brothers' new home, among them Nick's ex Anya and a drug dealer called BJ. The brothers are pulled in different directions over the property. When their friends begin to go missing, the group fears that something is stalking them, and an ancient Australian legend is said to have been unleashed.
