Plot summary
At Anna's 30th birthday party, Will is about to propose. A drunken toast suggests the couple sleep with other people before they marry. The joke lands badly, but the thought stays with Anna, and she proposes that she and Will open their relationship as a sexual experiment. Anna's brother Hale and his life partner Reece, who also works with Will, raise the idea of her test dating other men, and the two of them are deciding whether to become parents. Anna and Will have been together for ten years; he was her first kiss and first love, and she was his.
