Plot summary
Liberty, a long-haired dachshund who lives in Adventure City, sends word to the Paw Patrol that Mayor Humdinger has taken over the city in a rigged election. Ryder and the pups travel there and settle into a new headquarters. Chase, who was abandoned in that city as a puppy, hesitates before agreeing to go. Mayor Humdinger commandeers a Cloud Catcher from a meteorology laboratory and, despite the warnings of the scientist Dr. Kendra Wilson, uses it to keep rain away from the city. At a fireworks show, he tries to launch more rockets than the display can handle, and the pups and Liberty suit up to answer the chaos that follows.
