Plot summary
Parker Kane left the police force and now works as a private investigator. He learns that Joey, a friend he was close to, has been killed, and that Joey left a briefcase holding a large sum of money. Kane wants to know who killed him, and the clues he follows lead to a scam built on the illegal dumping of toxic waste.
