Plot summary
It is the year 3000, and Mayor Scamboli is building Scamboville, a technological city that leaves no room for nature. He dislikes children, with the exception of his daughter Marlene, who points out that the city offers them nowhere to play. Scamboli answers with Scamboland, a theme park for children, and claims the city's power supply to light it for the grand opening. That night the inventor Geppetto and his assistant, Spencer the cyber penguin, are ready to bring Geppetto's robot son Pinocchio to life, and Geppetto draws on the city mains instead. Scamboland goes dark, the children go home, and Pinocchio wakes up. Cyberina, the city's robotic fairy, offers to make him a real boy if he first learns the difference between right and wrong.
