Plot summary
Erica Miller works as a congressional assistant in Washington, DC for Congresswoman Angie Bradford, who leads the Base Realignment and Closure Commission and wants the Air Force base in Guam closed. Erica is told to drop her Christmas plans and investigate it in person. Captain Andrew Jantz runs the base's Christmas Drop, a yearly airlift that brings supplies to small islands in Micronesia, and he is chosen to show her around because of his strong people skills.
