Plot summary
Cecilie is the woman Martin, a blind man in his thirties, has been dating, and he believes he has found love at last. In broad daylight she is taken from him by an abductor. He is the only person who witnesses the crime, and the police have almost nothing to work with. Martin's friend Terje is a pessimist, but the two of them decide to investigate on their own. Martin wants to know who Cecilie really is and why someone would seize her. Relying on his courage and his ingenuity, he pursues the matter himself and is drawn into dangers far larger than he had pictured.
