Northpole: Open for Christmas (2015) on Netflix

Plot summary

Mackenzie Warren inherits the Northern Lights Mountain Inn in Vermont from her aunt Grace, its longtime owner. Newer resorts have drawn visitors away and the property has grown rundown, so Mackenzie, an estate appraiser, plans to restore it to its old grandeur and then sell it before Christmas. Santa uses power stations around the world, the inn among them, to power his sleigh on Christmas Eve, and he worries that Mackenzie sees only a sale in the property. He gives Clementine, an elf who has handled missions for him before, the job of keeping the inn open. Clementine finds helpers in Wilson and Betty, the inn's longtime staff, and in Ian Hanover, a single father who acts as the inn's unofficial handyman, and his daughter Jenny.
