Plot summary
Bobby Tennison, a popular wrestler at his school, begins talking to his sixteen-year-old classmate Stacy Collins, and she is flattered by the attention. He asks her to a lake party that night, with her friends along. Stacy's mother, Laura, is dating Rod Merredi. Bobby grows possessive. He wants Stacy home when he calls and limits her time with her friends. After his temper flares he apologizes, says he loves her and gives her gifts. Nicki, her friend, sees bruises on her back.
