Plot summary
Five strangers converge on the Rialto, a decrepit, haunted movie theater run by a ghostly figure called The Projectionist. He plays them a series of screenings, and each one shows a viewer a fear or a secret kept from everyone else. Among the five tales: a killer stalks people in the woods; a woman whose face is scarred goes to a clinic for plastic surgery, where the methods are sinister; Catholic schoolgirls are possessed by a demon; a woman sits in a waiting room for a doctor's appointment while reality shifts around her; and a teenage piano prodigy comes under attack by supernatural forces. The Projectionist keeps the nightmarish futures of everyone in his audience.
