Plot summary
A new school year has begun at Monster High, and Howleen Wolf, the younger sister of Clawdeen Wolf, is set on being more fangtastic than ever. She and Twyla meet Gigi Grant, a genie who offers her thirteen wishes instead of the usual three. Howleen's dream of popularity looks easier to reach than she imagined, and her wishes begin coming true for the ghouls around her. Each one carries a dark side of its own, and the whole of Monster High is turned upside-down. Frankie Stein, Clawdeen Wolf, Draculaura, Abbey Bominable and the rest of the ghouls are caught up in the trouble the wishes bring.
