Plot summary
Nine vignettes, all set in one smoking lounge, follow visitors who have never met before as they talk through nights of high spirits. The subjects run from why people talk and what models eat to whether water makes anyone fat, and whether dolphins could account for the start of the universe or its destruction. Hats, moisturizer, maths, infinity, gym workouts, dating games and health supplements come up as well. One vignette pairs two personal trainers, another centers on an aspiring actress, and another on courting. The conversations were improvised from outlines rather than a finished script, and the shooting ran over two nights with multiple cameras.

- Rohit Gupta shot his anthology film Midnight Delight as an improvisatory movie: instead of a script the actors were handed outlines covering plot points and told what had to happen, and the whole film was shot over two nights with a multi-camera setup after rehearsals.
