Plot summary
Michelle Miller is a casualty surgeon at Mercy Hospital and a former military doctor. Two years after her husband Jeffrey died in an explosion in Afghanistan, she lives with her son Bobby. When the Quinn crime family attacks an FBI convoy, the wounded Ryan Quinn is brought to the hospital. Sean Quinn and his men follow, seize the building, and take the staff and visitors hostage. Michelle hides Bobby in her locker, but the gang soon finds him and takes him hostage. She must use her military training and lethal skills to get her son back and survive the takeover.
