Plot summary
A detective on the Los Angeles police force dies in a car accident, and the death looks suspicious. Fellow officer Billie Blake and detective Sean Thompson are both martial arts masters, and both work undercover. They begin asking questions about the death, and their questions lead them to a nightclub. Wealthy guests fill the place, women entertain them, and martial arts experts handle security for a crime lord's operation. When his commander calls Sean off the investigation, Billie goes undercover inside the ring on her own.
