Plot summary
Summer has begun, and the Flounders are back at Tower 2 on Malibu Beach. The junior rescuers are Tyler, Dylan, Eric, Lizzie and Gina. The International Junior Rescue Championships are coming to Southern California, and the eyes of the world turn to Malibu Beach, where Team USA is set to compete. Food poisoning then takes the American squad out of the event, leaving the five junior rescuers from Tower 2 to represent their country.
