Plot summary

Jerome Jenkins Jr. and his friends play streetball in their neighborhood, where the older boys still beat them. The friends learn that a streetball team named Game On will visit to look for players, so they train for the event. After a short visit from his father, Jerome notices shoes hanging from a streetlight. He gets them down and watches lightning hit them, which gives whoever wears them the game of Michael Jordan.
