Plot summary
Justin Miller designs video games and Ryan O'Malley is an unemployed former college quarterback; both live in Los Angeles, and neither has reached the success they promised each other by thirty. Justin's pitch for a police-themed game goes nowhere, so Ryan talks him into wearing the police uniforms from the presentation to their college reunion. Classmates take the uniforms at face value, and so does the street. Ryan learns police procedure from YouTube and modifies an old Crown Victoria to look like a police car; Justin goes along with it and starts a relationship with Josie, a waitress. A call at her restaurant puts them in front of Mossi Kasic, who leads the Albanian gang.
