Plot summary
Celebration Day captures a benefit concert staged in 2007 to honor the memory of music executive Ahmet Ertegun, with a reunited Led Zeppelin topping the bill. At The O2 Arena in London on 10 December, the group plays many of its best-known songs to an enthusiastic crowd. Jimmy Page, Robert Plant and John Paul Jones, the band's founding members, perform with Jason Bonham on drums, whose father John Bonham had played for the group, across a set of sixteen songs. Sixteen cameras record the show, planned with a home video release in view. Talk that the recording will appear spreads at once, but for years the release remains uncertain.
