Plot summary
Lady and Tramp have three well-behaved daughters and one rebellious son, Scamp, who dreams of life as a wild dog and clashes with his father over the rules of the house. Two days before the Fourth of July, a mess he makes indoors sends him outside, where he spots a pack of strays known as the Junkyard Dogs. Their leader, Buster, sets a test before he will let Scamp join: take a tin can from Reggie, a huge and vicious dog. Reggie gives chase, and then a dogcatcher joins in, nearly catching Angel, a female member of the gang, until Scamp pulls her free. The strays admire what he did, but Buster wants one more test.
