La lengua asesina (1996) on Netflix

Plot summary

After a bank heist, Candy and Johnny abandon the rest of their crew and go on the run. Johnny is caught and sent to prison, so Candy takes the money from the robbery and her four pastel-colored poodles to a gas station in the desert that nuns run, where she waits for him. A meteorite carrying alien material lands in her soup, and the infection spreads through everyone who eats it. The poodles turn into drag queens, and Candy changes too: her hair and skin shift color, spikes push out of her spine, and her tongue grows long and voracious.
