Plot summary
Héctor and his wife Clara are fixing up a home in the Spanish countryside. Scanning the forest with binoculars, he sees a young woman remove her T-shirt. When Clara leaves to shop, Héctor walks into the woods and finds the woman lying naked and unconscious. A man whose face is wrapped in bloody bandages stabs him in the arm with scissors. Héctor flees and breaks into a nearby building, where a scientist guides him by walkie-talkie, warning him about the bandaged man and promising safety. With the bandaged man outside, the scientist urges Héctor to climb into a large mechanical device. There Héctor learns that the device has carried him back almost an hour, and the scientist begins calling him Héctor 2.
