Plot summary
Martin Clayborne is a mystery author who is illustrious, elusive and reclusive, and he lives in a rural town. Vanessa Sills, a pop culture writer who also hopes to become a novelist, travels there to interview him, the interview of a lifetime. Along the way her own aspirations and dreams have taken a back seat, and so has her romantic life.
