Plot summary
June is nine years old and an orphan, and the secret she keeps makes her different from other children her age. When she becomes upset, supernatural events occur around her. The foster homes that have taken her in over the years have usually been left in ruins, and she has lived in many of them. Now a new family has taken her in, and she likes the parents who have become her new mother and father. The force inside her is still with her, and to keep her new parents safe and to save herself, June will have to face it.
