Plot summary
Jessica Perez works as a wedding planner in New York City. She is putting the final touches on a Christmas Eve ceremony for Renee, a pop singer. Renee asks for a different flower at the last minute, the rare Jingle Bell Flower, so Jessica sets out for Tapeesa, a small town in Alaska, to track it down. Mechanical trouble keeps her from flying home when she planned, and her stay grows longer. While she is in Tapeesa, Jessica joins the residents for the town's yearly Jingle Bell Festival and spends time with Matt, the man who drove her from the airport and whose family is putting her up. She is still set on getting back to the city in time for the wedding and on a promotion she hopes to earn at work.
