Plot summary
Jimmy Lang works as a filmmaker and has no job coming in. A stretch of bad news pushes him into an out-of-control bender, during which he says aliens abducted him. He is afraid they will come back, so he calls Stiggs Randolph, a friend he has been estranged from, and the two meet again at Jimmy's apartment in Los Angeles to get ready for an extraterrestrial attack.
