Plot summary
The staff of a supermarket work the overnight shift after the doors close, restocking shelves and marking down stock. Cashier Jennifer's ex-boyfriend Craig turns up and the two argue; her coworker Linda presses a security button, co-owner Bill appears and a scuffle follows, and Craig is put out of the building and vanishes. The owners then call the crew together to say the store is being sold and the jobs are going. Craig telephones the store through the night, unsettling Jennifer, and the police who come offer little more than advice to be careful.
