Plot summary
Laura and her husband Brendan live in Northern Ireland with their son Tadhg. Josie, Laura's daughter, died in a car crash a few years before. Marie, Chris and their daughter Megan move into the house next door, and Megan becomes friendly with Laura. Megan mentions that she has been to the school nearby and to the graveyard, and asks Laura to draw a smiley face in ketchup at dinner. Marie says her daughter has never set foot in either place. Laura takes Megan to a playground, where the girl says she has been before, and Marie tells Laura to keep away from Megan.
