Plot summary
The Union of Evil is staffed by working henchmen, and its newest member is Lester, a young recruit known as The Kid. Hank, a fallen henchman who follows a code of risking nothing, leads the crew the boy is placed on, alongside two other workers. Their assignment is the Vault of Villainy, and there Lester takes the ultimate weapon by accident. Baron Blackout is the supervillain the crew is meant to stop from dominating the world. Hank has befriended the boy, and the stolen weapon weighs against the code he has kept.
