Plot summary
No tenant stays long in the house, and the real estate agent who handles it wants to know why. The agent hires three paranormal investigators to cleanse the building or name what drives people out. At the center is a Christmas elf ornament, kept from a holiday season long past, which carries decades of anger and evil from beyond the grave. The team settles in for three nights, and the supernatural activity there runs deeper than they intend to follow.
