Plot summary
Happy Gilmore has won five more championships since his first Tour Championship, and his wife Virginia works as the golf tour's public relations director. After Virginia dies, Happy quits golf, drinks heavily and loses everything. Eleven years later he works at a supermarket and lives with Vienna, his youngest child and only daughter. Vienna wants to dance, and her teacher recommends a four-year ballet school in Paris that costs $75,000 a year. Frank Manatee, who runs Maxi Energy Drink and its new Maxi Golf league, asks Happy to be the league's star. Happy says no.
