Plot summary

Two projects from the same stretch of Jennifer Lopez's career shape the documentary: the Super Bowl LIV halftime show and the release of Hustlers, the 2019 film she starred in. The story reaches back to her Bronx childhood, her decision to leave home at eighteen, and the break that came when she joined In Living Color as a Fly Girl, the start of a career that has included about forty films and more than seventy-five million records sold. She also made new recordings for the documentary, a version of Same Girl with French Montana and a medley of This Land Is Your Land and America the Beautiful.
