Ghost Team One (2013) on Netflix

Plot summary

Fernanda is certain that the victim of a murder committed in the house Sergio and Brad share decades ago still resides there. Both roommates fall for her, and each of them wants to impress her. They set out to make a documentary about that killing, and between the two of them they think that shooting a movie with her will get them into bed. Sergio and Brad are deathly afraid of ghosts, which does not stop them from setting up cameras around the house and leaving them running. Scary and funny things begin to happen in the rooms they have covered, and the events look genuinely supernatural.
