Plot summary
A crystal formed when the universe began releases the energy that sustains life, and Kyla wants it to widen his influence. He takes it after defeating the gem's protectors on Sintaria. A matching crystal lies on Earth, and Ladera, a freedom fighter able to make herself invisible, travels there to find it and hold Kyla in check. She learns that Jed has already removed that crystal from the place where it was kept. Victor Menendez and his mercenaries want the object too, as payment for money Jed owes them. Ladera and Jed set out together to look for the first crystal and stop Kyla.
