Plot summary
Gabby is given a cat-themed dollhouse filled with the Gabby Cats by her grandma Gigi, along with a headband with cat ears that lets her shrink to doll size and a pinching tune to play inside. Gabby sets out with the dollhouse, Pandy Paws and the cats on a road trip to Cat Francisco to visit Gigi's home for a special project. There CatRat knocks the dollhouse loose, and Vera, an eccentric cat lady, drives it to her house and scatters the Gabby Cats through the rooms. CatRat lands in a drawer of cat-themed items and brings a plush cat, Chumsley, and four pencil toppers to life. Gabby shrinks down with Pandy and follows, hoping to gather her friends and bring the dollhouse back.
