Plot summary
School lets out and Fred Figglehorn has his summer mapped out: Camp Superior, a luxurious camp with water slides. His mother has other plans and enrolls him at Camp Iwannapeepee, a place he finds dreadful. The bus driver admits to driving recklessly and calls him by the wrong name. At camp he meets the head counselor Floyd Spunkmeyer, the nurse Oksana, and the campers Magoo, Chatter, Spoon and Dig. Fred learns that Iwannapeepee and Camp Superior have played summer games against each other for 69 years, and that Superior has won every time. His rival Kevin plays for Superior, which makes Fred determined to beat the rival camp, though Superior takes every event on the first day.
