Plot summary
The accountant Ugo Fantozzi works for a company whose directors still treat the staff unjustly. His colleague Filini arranges a mountain trip for the whole office, and the group travels to South Tyrol. In the town of St. Ulrich the staff find no ski runs open, because the season is May. To keep a promise to his wife Pina, Fantozzi enters a weight loss clinic run by Professor Birkermaier, a German nutritionist who imposes fasting and corporal punishment.
