Eddie: The Sleepwalking Cannibal (2012) on Netflix

Plot summary

The painter Lars Olafssen has not recovered from a traumatic accident more than a decade ago, and his career has stalled. His art dealer, Ronny, arranges a job for him at an art school in the small Canadian town of Koda Lake, hoping the change will restore his inspiration. There Lars meets Lesley, and he is introduced to Eddie, an art student who keeps to himself. Eddie's late aunt was a major benefactor of the school, and her money continues to support it as long as Eddie is cared for, so Lars, reluctantly, agrees to take him in. What Lars does not know is that Eddie sleepwalks, and that in his sleep the quiet student turns ravenous.
