Doraemon: Nobita and the Space Heroes (2015) on Netflix

Plot summary

Nobita performs rubber band art for a group of small children, then finds Gian, Suneo and Shizuka on the hill shooting a space hero film. He wants to join as a space hero, and they let him in as the monster they battle. He runs home to Doraemon, who brings out the Burger Director, a film director gadget, and the Real-Light, which makes their fictional costumes real. As space heroes, the friends battle a fake space monster, and Aron arrives to ask for their help. Aron says he is the sheriff of Pokkoru, a planet inhabited by mice-like aliens, and that he escaped the security men of Recreation Land Space, who are really alien pirates.
