Plot summary

Scott is an aging hunter, and he spends seven days trapped beneath a bear he has been pursuing, fighting starvation, cold and the fear of dying. A mysterious stranger finds him and frees him. Inside a remote cabin, Scott's relief at being rescued gives way to uncertainty over what the stranger wants, and the rescuer refuses to let him go. Hidden motives surface as the days pass, and survival in the cabin becomes a tense battle.
