James Jaysen Bryhan

Biography

James Jaysen Bryhan is a British television actor. He trained at The Birmingham Theatre School, finishing in 2009, and started out on the stage. His theater work includes a lead role as Ray in David Harrower's Blackbird. In 2014 he played Lance Cooper, the lead in the horror thriller The Apostate: Call of the Revenant, opposite Terri Dwyer. The following year he portrayed an older Albert Einstein alongside Guy Henry. His best-known parts include Butch Hawke in Ballistic and The Archivist in the Netflix series Shadow and Bone. He has also appeared in Carol Morley's Typist Artist Pirate King. In 2024 the Midlands Movie Awards honored him for his portrayal of Pat Gunther in Dig Me No Grave.
