Plot summary
Delta Pi is a long-standing sorority at Sun State University in Tampa, Florida, and its traditions hold. During Spring Break in 1986, at the ceremony where members burn a dummy of the House Mother, a group of Sisters decides to embarrass Marissa Chambers, a member they dislike for being sharper and younger than they are, hoping she will step down. The prank goes fatally wrong, and a serial killer strikes, killings that end with the sorority shut down, a first in its history. Twenty-seven years later the sorority returns to the house with a new class of Sisters, and its girls begin dying one by one.
